Draft for operational planning — Ghana-qualified legal review and owner approval are required before these terms are used as a customer contract.

Customer terms

Terms of service

These draft terms are for people and businesses booking courier services through Errands Master. Separate written terms may apply to riders, staff and business-account arrangements.

Draft date: 6 August 2026  ·  Country: Ghana

Before publication: insert the operator's registered legal name, registration numbers, office and service addresses; approve the service area, prohibited-items list, cancellation/refund rules, claim process, insurance wording, liability position and dispute process. Remove this banner only after legal and owner approval.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or confirming a booking, you ask Errands Master to arrange the courier service described in the order and agree to the final approved version of these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to make the booking. If you book for a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

2. Accounts and access

Provide current contact details, keep account credentials confidential and tell us promptly about suspected misuse. Do not share passwords or one-time authentication codes. We may require reasonable verification before changing account or delivery information.

3. Service availability

Service depends on the pickup and destination, parcel, rider availability, weather, traffic, safety and operating hours. A displayed estimate is not a guarantee unless Errands Master expressly confirms otherwise in writing. We may decline or pause an unsafe, unlawful, inaccurate or operationally impractical booking and will explain the next step where reasonably possible.

4. Your booking responsibilities

Contact support immediately if important booking information changes. A route, parcel or timing change may require a revised quote and renewed confirmation.

5. Items we do not accept without written approval

Do not offer illegal goods, weapons, explosives, flammable or toxic substances, illicit drugs, stolen property, live animals, or anything whose transport is prohibited by law. Cash, negotiable instruments, jewellery, unusually valuable goods, fragile items, perishables and temperature-controlled items require prior written acceptance and suitable handling arrangements. Prescription items must be lawful, properly packaged and supported by any required prescription or authority.

This list is not exhaustive. Errands Master may inspect external packaging or request a truthful description where reasonably needed for safety and compliance, but does not assume ownership of the contents.

6. Quotes, fees and payment status

The applicable price and payment method should be shown or confirmed before the booking is accepted. A material customer-requested change, failed pickup, excessive wait or re-delivery may result in an additional fee only after the basis is communicated and accepted where required.

A status such as “Pending” is not proof that money was collected. Never give a rider or support agent your MoMo PIN, card PIN or one-time password. Any future third-party payment provider may apply its own clearly disclosed terms.

7. Pickup, tracking and delivery

Tracking is an operational aid and may be delayed by device, network or map limitations. The sender and recipient should remain reachable. Delivery may be evidenced by a server-verified recipient PIN, signature, photo or other approved method. A recipient PIN should be shared only at handover through the secure workflow, not sent in advance to a rider.

If pickup or delivery cannot be completed because access, the item or an authorised person is unavailable, Errands Master will seek instructions. Return, storage or re-delivery costs must follow the approved fee and cancellation policy.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Use the customer dashboard where cancellation is available or contact support with the order code. Eligibility and any charge depend on whether a rider has been assigned, travelled, collected the item or incurred an agreed expense. Any refund must be confirmed through the original or another agreed method. The final cancellation windows and refund timing must be approved and published before launch.

9. Problems, loss or damage

Report a missing, delayed or damaged item as soon as reasonably possible with the order code, description, declared value and available photos or receipts. Keep the item and packaging until the review is complete. Errands Master should acknowledge the claim, investigate delivery events and explain the outcome.

Responsibility will depend on applicable law, the declared nature and value of the item, packaging, instructions and evidence. Nothing in these terms should exclude liability or a statutory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. A Ghana-qualified lawyer and insurer must approve any claim deadline, valuation rule, insurance statement or liability cap before one is published.

10. Acceptable use

Do not use the platform to harm, threaten or harass anyone; impersonate another person; interfere with the service; probe security; submit malicious code; manipulate fares, ratings or payouts; or access another user's order. We may restrict access while investigating credible safety, fraud or security concerns, subject to applicable law.

11. Third-party services

Maps, cloud authentication, messaging and any future payment service may be provided by third parties. Their availability and separate terms are outside our direct control. Links to external sites do not mean Errands Master controls their content.

12. Privacy

The privacy notice explains how account, location, delivery and support information is handled. Customers booking for a recipient must provide their details lawfully and tell them how the information will be used.

13. Platform availability and changes

We work to keep the platform available but may perform maintenance, correct security issues or suspend a feature. Material term changes should be dated and communicated before they apply to new bookings. Changes should not retrospectively remove an accrued statutory right.

14. Intellectual property

The platform, original interface and Errands Master branding are owned by or licensed to the operator. You may use them only as needed to access the service and may not copy, resell or misuse them without permission. You retain ownership of information you provide, while granting the limited permission needed to perform the delivery and operate the service.

15. Ghana law and disputes

The final terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Ghana. Please first contact support so the issue can be investigated. Any court, mediation or other dispute process must be confirmed during legal review and cannot remove rights or remedies that applicable law gives you.

16. Contact

Email errandsmaster26@gmail.com, call or WhatsApp 055 772 7769, or use the support page. The operator's registered legal name and service address must be added here before these terms become final.
